Amber here. Although, my besties call me Langley and you can, too! I'm a homeschooling mama bear of twin 7-yr olds and an emergency veterinarian by education.

I started implementing biohacks back in 2014 while trying to balance emergency vet life, twin newborns and a side hustle of health coaching women. The fact I was still having "mom-brain" after our twins turned one bothered me. This could NOT be the norm, or the norm we accept.

The motto in Biohacker Babe Academy is simply one percent better every day. There's no compareschlager allowed, but sarcasm and humor are definitely welcomed.

Biohacking allowed me to ditch the brain fog, gain boundless energy and be (closer to) the person I know God would like me to be. And I'm here to help YOU discover this version of YOU as well.
