What Would It Look Like To Go ALL IN.... ON YOU For A Year?!?

inspiration life mom ceo life wellness

Wouldn’t you want to know… the question on my mind while I embarked on a 5mi run the other morning with freezing temps and slippery AF roads…

And I cried.

If you know me, tears don’t flow easily. So, crying while running was a bit of a shock.

The reason behind the tears are few but I’ll share one… what would happen if I spent one year, just one year giving my absolute all to MYSELF?!?

What would it look to give my all to my training, to my meditation, to my breathing, to my nutrition, to my prayers, to my relationships, to my business, etc.

And the tears came.

Wouldn’t you want to know if you spent just one year… your absolute all?

If you are like me, you tend to put others needs and requests above your own… and there’s nothing wrong with that.

But I can honestly say, with 40-fricking years on this planet, I haven’t given MYSELF my absolute all… which both breaks my heart and fills me with curiosity.

Curious to see who emerges at the end of this journey…. for each one of us.
What would it look like for YOU, for just one year to give your absolute all?

Grit + Gumption.

BIOHACK GUIDE

There's only two currencies in life:  time and energy. We may not be able to generate more time, but you certainly can generate more energy.  Let me show you how!

Note

The quote, "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one", is one of my favorites as it celebrates the ability to be passionate about more than one thing.  A few of my passions shared on this website include: business strategy, biohacks, books and badsass endurance events.
